Cost of PayPal verification VISA VCC is $9 paid by PayPal Only
My VCC is VISA Validated & works for all Countries Listed in PayPal Worldwide except USA requiring AVS (address verification service)

Steps :
1– Get my PP details by Gtalk ; Skype and PM me.
2– Pay the money & ping me by Gtalk ; Skype . For Paypal send as “gift”.
3– VCC details will be sent to you by Gmail ; Skype after verification of your payment
4– Add the VCC to paypal within 24 hours & ping me for 4-digit EXPUSE code
5– Your PayPal account will be verified after entering 4-digit code.
VCC details will be as below
Card Type: VISA
Card Number: 16-Digit Card number
Expiry date: mm/yy
Security code: XXX
Add VCC within 24 hrs of receipt else it will be expired. Once used, VCC will expire after 3 months
This is a One-Time use VCC & cannot be used for 2 times or subscription or membership
Your PayPal account will still be verified even after the VCC has expired. So Don’t worry
The entire 5-Step process hardly takes 5 minutes & i receive the 4-digit EXPUSE code Instantly.
AlertPay Process
